Overnight Field Trip Requirements
Remember to get all the required forms into the office if you are interested in chaperoning any of the over night trips this year.
The requirements for chaperoning over night are as follows:
1. Current TB test results
2. Fingerprints- Appropriate forms can be obtained from the Gravenstein district office
3. Volunteer Packet-Ask Mrs. Oakley in the school office for this
4. Drivers form and current insurance information. The information and form must be updated at the start of each school year
