Can my child bring a snack for recess?
Yes. A kindergartener needs a healthy snack to get him/her through theday. 12:30 is long time to go without eating anything. If your child forgets his/her snack at home, just drop it off at the office. I willtry to have some extra juice and crackers in the class room just in case. Back to Top

What if my child forgets his/her homework?
Everyone forgets once in a while, so just bring homework as soon as possible. We only become concerned when the homework forgetting becomes a habit. We are trying toinstill in your child the importance of being independent and of beingresponsible for one's self.Back to Top

As a quick test, have your child read one page aloud to you. If your child makes three or more mistakes, the book is at his/her frustration level, and an easier book should be chosen. However, maybe you can read this book together.Back to Top
