I am Natasha Progar and I teach second grade-I was a first grade teacher for
the last eight years.I grew up in Danville , Walnut Creek , and San Ramon. I
currently live in Livermore where I love to walk downtown and check out all
of the fun activities. I enjoy listening to live music, dancing, and
spending time with my husband-Keith, my friends, and my family. I also adore
my cat Hobbes and our puppy Lloyd. I was a Montessori student from preschool
to fifth grade. I went to St. Mary’s Elementary in Walnut Creek , then on to
Carondelet High School , DVC and Cal State Hayward. One of my best friends
inspired me to become a teacher. I visited her classroom and while I was
helping her, I thought wow; it would be so cool to be a teacher! A little
unknown fact about me is that when I was a little girl, my parents named one
of their deli’s after me!
