How can I get my homework if I am sick?

Check the website for homework as well as classwork. If you are
sick, you will have a day for each day absent to turn in missed
work. If you are unable to get to this done, you will receive a
zero for the missing work.

How do I catch up if I have missed school?

If you have been ill, or missed school for any reason, please
check in with me during Lunch to catch up on all the materials
they've missed as well as take any make-up tests. This is your
responsibility and I am taking the time to reteach the material.

What do I do if I forgot to write down the homework?

Check under your class on this website. The homework is there.

What if I lost a handout?

ALL handouts that are given in class are also uploaded to this
site. There are no excuses. I try to make it easy on the students
to have all the materials they need posted and available when
they need them.

Should vacations be planned during the school year?

NO! Vacations are not sick days. Missing school to go on vacation
is detrimental to your education. LAUSD has three weeks vacation
for winter break and a week vacation for spring vacation. Summer
vacation is ten weeks long. That's a lot of time to take
vacations!
