Math Chapter 7 Integers and Algebraic has been going smoothly. Students have done a real good job on the first two quizzes. Grade checks went out Thursday in Red Folders. Quiz #3 will go home next week and Chapter 7 test is scheduled for Friday.

Language Arts- Our next story in Theme 5 One Land, Many Trails is Black Cowboy, Wild Horses. The Comprehension skill covers Making Judgments and the strategy focus covers evaluating story events. The grammar skills cover fixing sentences with double subjects and Using We and Us with nouns.

Social Studies The class has just completed Chapter 7, Causes of the Revolution. There will be a three paragraph essay covering this material assigned as a test for next week.
