SEMESTER 1 PROJECT

Activity Pyramid
Due December 17, 2010

Each Friday students will be able to update their activity pyramid with the 
fitness building blocks they received during class. Students should fill in 
their name, the activity, the amount of time they exercised, and have their 
parent/guardian sign the block. Then, they will place the building blocks 
inside of their Fitness Folder and fill in their activity pyramid. Each space 
in the pyramid is worth 30 minutes of physical activity outside of school.

Extra Credit- 
Students may receive extra credit by completing written work 
given by the teacher. They may also receive 5 points extra credit for 
improvement on each running assignment.

Here is another way you can access your Semester 2 project. This 
is due on May 7, 2010. No late work will be accepted. Please be 
sure to read all of the instructions, and fill out the template 
as directed.
