SCIENCE in the NEWS

Our great school library with the subscription to almost
ALL magazines and newspapers through the LAUSD EBSCO subscription ("digital
library" in the LAUSD.net website). Access is available only on campus.

My personal favorite magazine - all of the articles are given with the
scientific evidence.
Articles are not too long, and all mention the original publication in a
quote.
I just realized that you can get access to all the full-text articles using
my account!!!
So, in order to log in - type my username, 'MKreiselman', and my pasword -
 'Kennedy'. Enjoy!

viewers.

mention the experiments leading to their conclusions!

Why Files: A teen-oriented on-line science magazine. Enjoy!

How Stuff Works: a great resources for explaining concepts as background or
for images for projects. Not for a science news article (does not mention
experimental data).

ActionBioScience is a rich souce for debatable topics with a wealth of
interviews and articles. Usually NOT suitable for the "Science News"
project, since it does not describe experiments with enough details.
Interesting reading - check it out!

A fun site, but I can't recommend or not-recommend it. Just try it out. Does
