Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year. I am excited to embark on this journey
with all of you. Let's enter the school year with an optimistic attitude and
open mind. Mahatma Ghandi said "live as if you will die tomorrow, learn as if
you will live forever." I apply this in a few ways in my life and in class. I
want you to enjoy your life to the fullest extent possible, the good, the bad,
and the in between. You learn from each passing moment, and one way to really
improve your quality of life is to give yourself the greatest gift of all...
