i am Xicana. i am originally from a small town in Fresno. i went to UC
Davis for my BA with majors in Sociology and Chicano Studies with an emphasis
in Law and Society, minoring in Italian and Education. i received my teaching
credential in Bilingual/Multicultural Education and my Masters in
Multicultral Education at CSU Sacramento. i currently work at Lee Middle
School, a class per semester at CSUS, and other community colleges.
i have very high expectations of students, and work toward excellence for
them and our school.
i do not accept late work unless student has been ill and has cleared it with
me. i can be reached by e-mail or phone to inform me of the situation.
Students will be exposed to standards based curriculum and master all focus
standards by the time we take our state exams in the early spring. Please
note that all students in my classes are expected to perform at their best.
