Homework Policy

Math: Passed out each day (Monday-Thursday) and is due the following morning

Spelling: Spelling contract due each Friday

Independent Reading: Reading logs and reading summary are due each Friday and

require a parent signature

Math Facts Practice: Students are required to practice math facts for 8 minutes each day.

The math facts practice log is due each Friday and requires a

parent signature

Special Projects: See class newsletter or website for specifics and due dates

Note: The spelling contract, reading log and math facts practice log can now be downloaded from our classroom website (www.ausd.k12.ca.us/lw). If you do not have Internet access, please make copies of the forms this week. Beginning next week, students will be responsible for printing their own copies.
