As practice, encourage your child to tell you the name and sounds of the letters. They have a lot of fun coming up with words that begin with that letter. A fun way to motivate your child to read and practice their sight words is to have them point out these familiar words all around them! (On signs around town, in books they read, in books you read to them etc.) They get very excited when they recognize them!
