WRITING
We have finished summary and response to literature. Last essay is "What MATES Means to Me". Two
students from each class will be chosen to share theirs at culmination.
GRAMMAR/SPELLING

Spelling lists are for two weeks. Students must complete at least two activities the first week and
one activity, plus a spelling practice test the second week. Students may chose to complete all four
activities the first week.

SOCIAL STUDIES
Great job on the State Reports. States & Capitals! Final test for states and capitals is on Friday, June 1st.
SCIENCE
We have completed our last chapter in our Science book and I'm very pleased with the final test scores!
Students have worked very hard this year and science and we will be binding our scrapbooks so that we
may share them with our families at Open House.
