Welcome Back and Happy New Year!
This week, we will write an ode to 2009. We also welcome KIDDO poet to the 6th grade. She will be working with us over the next two weeks. Students should continue to draft, revise, and edit their poems at home.
In Social Studies, we will be preparing for our final test on the Rise of Cities & the Civilizations of Mesopotamia. Please look for the study guide to arrive home this week. It is attached to the HWP. Students will be working on the study guides in class and at home.
