I'm currently in my 16th year of teaching middle school math. I'm also
one of the Web coordinators for the Web program at our school. Mr. Wien and I have also taken the
reigns for the robotics team which will start the second half of the school year. I have a
wonderful wife of 11 years and 4 beautiful children...Sofia (age 8), Antonia
(age 5), Diego (age 3), and Paloma (age 3 1/2 months)...a very busy household indeed! I'm
looking forward to an amazing school year!
Very simply...I want to create a learning environment which celebrates
diversity both in culture, as well as thinking. I believe every child
deserves the right to an education, therefore I encourage everyone to
respect each other through the learning process by working cohesively in
groups, as well as individually. I believe every child has an overflowing
potential to be successful in their own unique way...and I hope to tap into
this.
