La Sagrada Familia is a Roman Catholic church
in Barcelona, Spain. Its design was by the
world-famous architect, Antoni Gaudí.
Its construction began in 1882 and its
expected completion is in 2026.

Modernist style which was unique
and highly individualistic

Salvador Dali was a Spanish surrealist painter
from the Catalan region in northeast Spain.
He lived from 1904-1989. One of his most
famous works was the Persistence of Memory

This is Salvador Dalí's most famous painting.
It is also known as The Melting Clocks. It is
an example of Surrealist art and possibly
symbolizes the distortion of time or variety
of perspectives of time. It has been in the
Museum of Modern Art in New York since
the early 30's.
