This week we began our study of ancient Rome. Each of your children is researching a narrow topic
about ancient Rome and preparing a classroom lesson of six minutes. Most of the research will be
done in school. Please look for your child's Rome folder.
In English class we are studying the use of hyperbole in fiction. Your child is writing a "fish story"
exaggerating one experience from her or his life.
Green Class only - no packet this week or next.
If your child is sick, please stop by the school so I can share what we are doing in class. They may need
to make up missed work after school.
