Weekly Vocabulary
consists of a list of words and/or phrases from the reading for that week.
This list is given on the "FIRST MONDAY."
FIRST MONDAY: Copy words into your Notebook.
DURING THE WEEK:
1) Find, and write down the definition as it
applies to the way it is used in our readings. (Many times, the definitions
may be found in the readings!)
2) Find, import, and print a graphic that
illustrates the word's definition. Cut out the graphic and paste it next to
the definition in your notebook. Or, import directly onto a page with your
definitions and paste the entire page(s) into your notebook.
3) Number 1 and 2, above, are due the following Monday
(the "second" Monday).
4) A quiz on the week's words on the next day: Tuesday.
