How do I check my homework?
Click on the HOMEWORK page of this website!
Look on the THIS WEEK IN CLASS board in the classroom.
Or, at the bottom of the DAILY AGENDA board in the classroom; it's written
in RED.

What do I do when I am absent?
Check the THIS WEEK IN CLASS page to see what work we did in class.
Check the HOMEWORK page to see what homework you missed. When you
return to class, go to the CURRENT HANDOUTS file on the wall,
and take out the appropriate papers. You have 24 hours for
every day you missed to turn in the work. Turn it into the
regular HAND IN ORIGINALS box.

I know I turned in a paper, but I can't find it in the GRADED WORK file.
It might be in the "X-FILES" file on the wall near my desk. It means you
didn't write your name on the paper. I don't grade un-named papers. You
should check this file regularly: if you don't retrieve it, fix it and
return it in time, it will be counted as late.

How can I know my grade throughout the trimester?
There are sheets in the STUDENT HANDOUT FILING CABINET that you can use to
figure out your grade at any moment during the trimester. I will show you
how to use these sheets early in the year, and encourage you to use them and
keep them up to date. I will expect, if you want to know your grade at any
given time, to keep track of these yourself.

What about tardy policies and stuff like that?
Go to the GRADING POLICIES, NOTEBOOK GUIDELINES, and CLASS PROCEDURES page
of this website. It will outline most work and behaviour policies in my
class.

Where can I go to get my poodle clipped?
This is a joke. It's a line from an old Frank Zappa record. See if you can
hunt down the exact song and album title!
