I graduated from UC Berkeley and received my teaching credential from Mills College in Oakland in
2000. I taught at Berkeley public schools and have been teaching at MVMS since 2002.
I want my students to learn a lot about the history and cultures of the different areas that we study in
Social Studies.
I want my students to love reading and writing and to become better readers and
writers.
And finally, I want my students to be nice to each other, to work hard, and to have fun in my
classroom.
