How can I speak with my child's teacher?

Contact the Counseling Office at (818) 528-1658 and one of the clerks will send a 
note to your child's teacher requesting a conference.

528-1621 to set an appointment.

When should I see my child's counselor?

There are many reasons for meeting with your child's counselor.  
After meeting with your child's teacher(s), if you still have questions or concerns about your child's academic progress, see a
change in behavior, or simply need information on programs and resources
available, you should contact the counselor.

How can students see the counselor?

Students need a pass from their teacher to see the counselor.  If 
your teachers cannot give you a pass, you can request to see your
counselor by leaving a note in the office that includes your first and last
name and a brief description of the issue(s) you need to discuss.

How can I get my homework and assignments when I'm absent?

If you will be missing more than three days of school, you can 
either contact your teachers directly, or call the counseling office at (818) 528-1658 and request
your homework. Your parent can pick-up your assignments after school.
