Good
discipline is a major part of an effective learning environment. Also,
children feel more secure when they know what behavior is expected of them. I
would like to share with you the rules and expectations for our classroom.
Rules

Be responsible

Show respect

Be a role model
Consequences
1.
Verbal warning
2.
Change color to orange (warning)
3.
Change color to red (conference with the teacher or with the principal)
4.
Conference with parents and reflection homework

If there is a fight, inappropriate language, or lack of respect, your child
will be sent to the principal’s office. If your child breaks or destroys
something that belongs to someone else, you
will be responsible for replacing the broken or destroyed object.
Good
Behavior
1.
Table points will be awarded when everyone at a table is listening and
following the rules. The table with the most points will win a prize on
Fridays.
2.
Students who are caught being respectful, following directions, and working
well will be asked to change their color card to yellow. These students will
receive a star at the end of the day to reward their star behavior.
3.
Each time the class as a whole is caught working well and following the rules,
the teacher will give the class one of the following letters: MUY BIEN. Once
they spell the entire phrase out (Muy Bien) the entire class will receive a
reward.

La
buena disciplina es una gran parte de un ambiente de aprendizaje. También, los
niños se sienten mas seguros cuando ellos saben que conducta se espera de
ellos. Quiero compartir con ustedes las reglas de nuestra clase.

Si hay una pelea, vocabulario inapropiado para la escuela, o falto de respeto,
su niño será mandado a la oficina con la directora. Si su niño rompe o
destruye algo que pertenece a alguien usted va a tener que reponer el objeto
roto.
Conducta
Buena
1.
Cada mesa ganara puntos por portase bien y seguir las reglas. La mesa con mas
puntos gana un premio los viernes.
2.
Si siguen las reglas pueden cambiar su color a amarillo y ganan una estrella
al fin del día.
3.
Si toda la clase se comporta ganan una letra para completar MUY BIEN. Cuando
tengan todas las letras toda la clase gana un premio.
