What is ed1stop?
Ed1stop is a Web portal service through Contra Costa County Office of Education that acts as a personal gateway to both district-paid subscription-based services and free educational Web sites. Portal resources are aligned with state standards to help improve instruction and support student learning. Resource packages are individualized between elementary and middle schools. And bookmarks provide additional links to teacher selected websites. Students are provided anywhere/anytime access to tools and resources through a student account attached to their teacher’s account. The student login Username and Password can be acquired from the classroom teacher. The URL for access is http://www.ed1stop.net/oakley/index2.jsp

4 Discovery Education Streaming and AIMS Media: The largest K-12 video library available today with over 4,600 titles.
4Digital English (K-5): English language arts with California standards-aligned problem sets.
4Digital Math (6-8): Assistance with learning the California state mathematics content standards with a focus on the algebra portion of the CAHSEE (California High School Exit Exam).
4AP Images: More than one million photographs dating from 1826 and thousands of graphics and audio files dating from the 1920’s forward.
4Soundzabound: Royalty free music library which meets all the licensing and technology requirements needed for education and provides high quality production music for grades K-12.
4Grolier Online: A collection of the best-known encyclopedias in an interactive format.
4Education City (K-5 for 2008-2009): Online teaching and learning resources that supports language arts, math and science.
