If you are looking for something fun to do on Saturday afternoon, head on out to the public library (at Freedom High School) at 3pm. Chabot Space & Science Center’s travelling science fair will be there with an assortment of hands-on activities selected from a variety of science areas including astronomy and space science.

Next week begins our celebration of a drug free campus. Red Ribbon week will be full of spirit and healthy competition. On Monday, we are teaming up against drugs. Wear your favorite team’s jersey or shirt.

PTSA is having a BoxTops contest. The prize is a “Shopping Spree”; seven $5 gift cards for places around town. For a chance to win, all you have to do is take BoxTops to Mrs. Pennock in the Library. For every 10 BoxTops (trimmed and not expired) that you turn in, you will get 1 ticket for the drawing. The winner will be announced on December 16th.

Students – If you need to purchase a replacement student body card, or if you did not get one from Picture Day, please stop by the library and give your name to Mrs. Pennock. She will order the cards.

Students, don’t forget to remind your parents to order your Yearbook. You don’t want to miss out on all the great memories of your 2014-2015 year at O’Hara Park. CLICK HERE for more information about online ordering.

7th and 8th Grade Students: If you are interested in going on the trip to Washington, D.C. next March, stop by the library and pick up an information packet from Mrs. Pennock.
