Hey students: The OPS PTSA Mixed Bags Fundraiser orders are due tomorrow, Thursday. Please remind your parents.

Mrs. Jackson’s Zero Period class is canceled tomorrow (Thursday). Please tell your parents.

Talent show audition sign up sheets will be posted next week.  Audition slots will be available for Tuesday, March 6th and Thursday, March 8th.  That gives you about two weeks to get those acts together.  Looking forward to all the talent. 

PTSA is sponsoring a drawing for movie theater tickets.  For a chance to win, all you have to do is take BoxTops to Mrs. Pennock in the Library.  For every 10 BoxTops (trimmed and not expired) that you turn in you will get 1 ticket for the drawing.  The winner of movie theater tickets will be announced on March 15th, just in time for Spring Break.  In addition, every week two students’ names will be drawn for a prize from PTSA’s display case in the library.  Congratulations to this week’s winners, Sharlotte Omoletski and Cecily Murphy.

Any girls interested in attending a volleyball clinic the week of March 5th at Edna Hill please pick up flyers in the girls’ locker room. Cost is $50.

Can you think of someone who deserves some props for something great they have done?  Yearbook needs help.  Come by the office to make a shout out to a teacher; a student, or other staff member here at OPS who you have seen doing great things or just think is pretty cool in their own way.  Best shouts of the week will be read over the announcements and given a special treat.  Again, the shout out box is located in the office.  Come by today.
