What is Read to the Stars?

An incentive based reading program. Students are rewarded for reaching 
certain milestones.

What are the milestones?

Students will receive a star on their folder after a certain number of 
minutes.  Please review The Read to the Stars envelope for specific numbers.

Can they read the same book more than once?

K through 2nd grade - Yes
3rd through 5th grade - No

What are the rewards?

Rewards will include buttons and restaurant coupons.
In addition, at 1845 minutes and 3690 minute the students will get a button 
and pizza party.
