Welcome to Ocean View Preparatory Preschool. Ocean View School District is committed to providing high quality educational programs to support student development and academic achievement. Our new preparatory preschool program provides a developmentally-appropriate, academic preschool experience which will lay a strong foundation for K-12 education. Our focus is to develop pre-academic skills that emphasize literacy and numeracy, while fostering exploration and creativity. Our program will effectively prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond. Our gifted and talented teachers also provide the nurturing needed to help our children focus and succeed each day. Ocean View Preparatory Preschool (OVPP) is aligned with the California Preschool Learning Foundations and will provide children the opportunity to develop their cognitive, social, emotional, physical, linguistic, and creative abilities. Further, our fee-based program is fully licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division.
