Homework is a method of reinforcing classroom instruction. I will be assigning homework most every night from Monday through Thursday. Diocesan policy for the 4th Grade is one hour of homework per night - written and study time. Each day's assignments will be written on the board. It is your child's responsibility to copy it into his/her homework planner. Your signature in the planner is required as this insures verification of completion. Homework must be completed neatly. Students, who do not complete or who forget their homework, will get their tag pulled. An accumulation of tag pulls will lead to a referral notice. If your child is missing any school or homework assignments, these will be listed on the form inside the weekly test folder. Students should complete missing assignments as soon as possible. Any classwork and homework, which is missed due to absence, must be done within one week upon return to school.
