Dismissal:

Early Pick up refers to if you are picking up your child before dismissal. If you need to pick your child early, it is necessary to sign your child out at clinic first and then the office will call your child out of class.

Regular MAP dismissal is at noon. Students leaving at this time are walked to the small grassy area near the parish office building by Mrs. Donovan, our talented MAP aide.

Extended day Map dismissal coincides with regular school dismissal at 3:00 pm. Children leaving at this time, will sit on the grassy hill with their class. Parents will follow the general carpool pick-up pattern (just go with the flow). Once the whistle bells, come and pick up your MAP student. They will have a colored paper with their name in their hand and once a MAP teacher sees you with your child, then your child will pass their name ticket back to us indicating that they have been picked up. If someone other than indicated on the childs emergency card is picking up your child, a signed note from you, the parent, is needed at the beginning of school that morning.

Minimum day dismissal is at noon. All MAP students are to be picked up in general carpool pattern on those days.

Rainy day (noon) dismissal, if it is raining and you are picking up your student at noon, Mrs. Donovan will you meet you at the front school steps with your child. Park your car and please meet her there.

During a Rainy day (regular/ minimum day) dismissal, please park in the school lot and walk into the classroom to meet your child.
