Policies

Class Expectations:

  1. Students will come to class prepared with all required materials, supplies, homework or assignments.
  2. Listen attentively in class to the teacher and other classmates.
  3. Respect each others’ creativity, opinions, space and belongings.
  4. Complete and turn in all assignments or projects on time.
  5. Participate in all performances and rehearsals for performances.
  6. Follow all Our Lady of Fatima school rules.
 

Required Materials:
- A music folder containing:

-     a pencil

-         note paper


Grading System:

For grades K-6, grades will be based on participation, cooporation, and being ready for music with materials (recorders, folders, etc.).


Homework Policy:
Students must turn in completed homework on the due date. The overall points will drop by one letter grade each day the homework is late. If a student is absent it is there responsibility to get the assignments and turn in any late assignments that were due the day of absence by the next class session. If a student has continued absences, an arrangement must be made with the teacher.

Discipline Plan:
  1. Verbal Warning
  2. Name on board and may not participate in activity.
  3. Sent out of class and parent contact.
