Guidelines for Recorder Karate:

1. Bring recorder to each class. failure to bring recorder results in a referral.
2. Recorders should be in lap while teacher is instructing
3. Recorders played during spoken instruction will be given a warning, two warnings in one class result in a referral.
4. Full participation is expected.  Grades in recorder are in participation, tests, projects.
5. Please practice daily.

Testing:

• 3rd Grade will test for belts the 4th week of each month.
• 4th Grade will test for belts during the 1st week of each month.  

Each student is responsible for practicing at home and being prepared to test each month.  Testing schedule may change due to preparations for a concert.
