Grading code for 5th grade follows the Diocesan guidelines:
A =95-100 C =73-76
A- =90-94 C- =70-72
B+ =87-89 D+ =67-69
B =83-86 D =63-66
B- =80-82 D- =60-62
C+ =77-79 F =59 and below
When a student is absent, it is their responsibility to turn in any missing
assignments. Failure to do so will result in a zero grade for that assignment.
Because assignments are posted daily on teacher web, students are to check and
see what they need to do. In some cases where instruction needs to be given
because the material is unfamiliar or new, the student needs to meet with me
for extra help. He/she will be given ample time to complete any missing work.
