Valentine's Day: (Tues. 2/14) We will have a small party at the end of the day. A sign-up sheet will be by the outside door of the classroom. Students may bring Valentine cards to exchange. Please have your child sign the cards (we have 21 students), but DO NOT address them to individual students. If your child brings goodie bags, please follow the same rule. This makes things less confusing and chaotic when it comes time to pass them out. Just remember.....all that candy goes home!!!!!!! SUGAR RUSH! SUGAR RUSH! SUGAR RUSH!

Social Studies Note:The written report for the missions IS the PowerPoint project. It is not an additional assignment. More time was added to the deadline due to Acuity and STAR testing days. Students who had been bringing their research each week should have had no problem completing the project. Please remember that the project receives two grades - one for content (Social Studies) and one for PowerPoint creation (Computer).

LAST DAY TO TURN IN CURRENT EVENTS (MON., FEB. 27th) Have you looked for or turned in a Current Event for Religion and Social Studies? You have a current event for both of these subjects due each trimester. Do not wait until it is too late. They are worth a project grade! Remember to bring them in and get them approved before you write up your summary.
