Mrs. Kneeland's HomepageWelcome! To check a student's grade online, go to the grades link, enter the last name and the student password (this is the sudent's permanent ID number--not the number used for food service). Take the ID number and add one or two zeros to the front of the number (this site requires a six-digit number for the password). Grades are updated as time and energy allow--usually every two to three weeks. Final grades will come at the end of the semester which is also the end of the 3rd grading period. Grades can change daily as late work, make up work, etc. comes in. A low grade can be improved--sometimes dramatically--by making sure that all missing work is turned in right away (be sure the quality of the work shows the student's best effort), and making sure that current and future work is turned in on time. Sometimes work is not accepted for a variety of reasons: incompleteness, poor quality of work, directions not followed, poor presentation. Regardless of the reason, such work is in need of more attention and when neatly completed, should be promptly turned back in (if work has been redone, it should be attached to the front of the orginal work before turning in). Regardless of the reason, returned work is considered missing until it is accepted, graded, and recorded. ******************************************************************************************** A Day - Periods 1, 2, 3 Homework - December 4 *The Pearl Vocab. 1-45 Test (12/10)--Study cards 3x - dx daily *Conflict Poster & Worksheet (12/8) *Sentence Variety #3 (12/8)
