I am so happy to be teaching fourth grade at Plaza Vista! I love working with
children and I have enjoyed teaching both third and fourth grade. There is
always something new to learn and that's what makes teaching so much fun!
On a personal note, I have a degree in psychology from the University of
California at Santa Barbara. I received my teaching credential from
California State University at Fullerton, and l2 years ago, I completed my
masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. All of my
education serves only as a backdrop to my experiences working with children.
We learn from each other everyday.
My family and I live in Irvine. My daughter attends Northwood High School,
and this year my son will continue to his education at the University of
Arizona.
We love to travel, go to the beach and out to see movies together. My family
is a wonderful support to my profession and they give me lots of great ideas
and advise.
I am thrilled to share my love of learning with my students and to be a part
of the Plaza Vista family.
