About The Teacher

I was born and raised in California and I love it here!!  Queen of All Saints
has always been home to me.  I attended our school from Kindergarten to Eighth
grade and I taught Faith Formation here for several  years.   I began teaching
at QAS in the fall of 1996.  I adore our children and the people of our
community are fantastic.

OTHER INFORMATION:

I have a lovely daughter who is simply my joy!  We love hanging out with our
dog.  When I have a spare minute or two I like reading, working on the
computer, attempting a vast array of home improvement projects, traveling, the
beach, sewing, and crocheting. I have written a book that I hope to have 
published.  I am known as  "Auntie Dar" by my friends kids and love spending
time with them and my nephews and God-Daughters.


In the summer of 2006 I finally was able to visit all 21 of the original
California Missions!!!


COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

I am a Lector and Eucharist Minister at my church. I am also on the Welcoming
Committee. 

OTHER:
One day I hope to continue my studies and work toward my PhD or an MA in
Social Work to work with adoptive families.

Throughout the school year:

4th Graders will:

• learn more about God and grow closer to Him daily through prayer, study 

•  have an opportunity for community service

•  GROW IN RESPONSIBILITY 

•  become proficient in all math facts 

•  have a vast array of information about our state.
