Now you can listen to your textbook on line. Here's how to do it.
2. Use the user ID and password your teacher gave you OR
user ID: student
password: same as the one for study guides (if you don't know, ask me, send me an email, or ask a friend who knows)
3. After you log in, the screen will look like this:
4. For the online textbook, click on the bottom picture. To download an MP3, click the upper picture.
5. To choose which chapter you would like to listen to, click on contents and choose the chapter and section you want.
6. Then the screen will show the online version of the actual book!
6. You can read it online or even LISTEN by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner.
7. If you click on "view by" instead of "contents" you can see all kinds of animations, activities and assessments related to the chapter.
8. If you choose the audio book, (the upper choice when you first login) you can also listen to an audio version of the book while you read the actual print book or even download an MP3 of the book to your ipod. (You will need Macromedia Flash to do this, but most computers already have it, and it is a free download.)
