Mrs. Kullarni's love of science & a Bachelor's Degree in Biological sciences & Chemistry has prompted her to start this Science Club. "FREE of COST" mentoring group & Heera's Science Heroes Club has started meeting from June 24, 2015 at 10:00-11:30 am at the Valley-Hi Public Library. The Y.E.S. Once school starts in August we will meet on Tuesdays from 3:30-5:30 pm at Valley-Hi Public Library. Future plans are to start a "Robotics Club".

June 24, 2015 Session #1 - We worked on Skype with Mr. Bharat Karmarkar Sir who is a math & science teacher living in India. The session on thought provoking math problems was awesome.

Assignments to be completed: DUE DATE - Wednesday July 15 at 3:30 pm. Research a science hero and prepare a 3-5 paragraph report to present on July 15. Please go to the Links for Academics page and click on the link to Science Heroes page. We know many sports heroes and pop music heroes. What about the science heroes? Do we know any??? I guess not!! How sad!!! You may present more than one science hero. Also retell any science story to the group that you read on the Science Heroes website.
