I was born in Trnava, Czechoslovakia. I moved to the U.S. in 1981 with my
parents and my sister, Martina. My sister is 11 months and 3 weeks older
than me. We are known as the Irish Twins.
I graduated from Elmhurst College in 2000 with a BS in mathematics and a
minor in physics and chemistry.
I moved from Chicago to California seven years ago, and I love it here.
I have a puppy named Dalailah:)
For my students to love math as much as I do and to see that their dreams
are within their reach.
