Chapter 11 Test on Friday, 2-10-12.
PERIOD 2,3,4:
Buying and selling cars on Friday, 2-10-12.
Be prepared for a pop quiz on chapter 3.
We will have NOTEBOOK QUIZZES this quarter. You are
responsible to get any notes from the days you were absent from class. The
quiz will go by the dates on the notes, so please DATE everything!
NOTE TO THE PARENTS:
1.I am holding on to graded projects to share on open house. However, if you
would like to see your child's project now, please have you child get it from
me.
2.Also, a lot of students have been out sick and have missed the tests and
quizzes. I can not return the test until all of the students have taken it,
but if you would like to see it, please have your child get it from me. As
long as it is not shared with any students, they can take it home by REQUEST
ONLY. All other papers will be returned once everyone has taken the test.
3. If your child missed a test, it is very important that they make it up as
soon as possible.
4. I will do my best to post grades on Parent Connect every two weeks. If
you have a question regarding a grade that is not posted, please email me.
All Periods:
IF you miss a test or quiz due to an excused absence, it is your
responsibility to make it up on the following Tuesday at 8:30AM in room 5.
Please make arrangements with Mrs. Nakamura to take the make up test.
Bad colds and the flu are going around. Please gargle with warm salt water
twice a day as a preventative measure, so you stay healthy!!! Parents, ask
your child about it. We have been discussing this in class.
All backpacks are to be put in the lockers during the day. Any backpacks left
in the hallways will be taken.
Don't forget to make up all the tests and quizzes that you miss when you are
absent. Anything that is not made up will be a ZERO!
Assignment packets are due on the day of the chapter tests! Make sure that
you put all your assignments in order and staple it neatly behind
the "Assignment Sheet." You get NO CREDIT for your assignments until the
packets are turned in!
