My name is Mrs. Kimberly Jones. I have been teaching for seven years. This is
my fifth year at Wheatland High School. I have taught English, Computer
Science, AVID, World History, U.S. History, and AP US History. This coming
school year I will be teaching World History, and Advanced Placement U.S.
History.
I have three children: Katelin, Cassidy, and Collin. Katelin will be
entering the 7th grade, and Cassidy will be entering the 5th grade. In
addition, I am pleased to annouce that my son, Collin, will be attending
UCLA in fall. He is majoring in International Economics and will also be
completing pre-med classes.
I look forward to the 2009-2010 school year, it is going to be great!
My mission is to set high standards for my students, while helping them
achieve their goals. I believe that all students have special gifts and
every student is capable of achieving academic excellence. In addition, it
is essential that students are given the tools to become life long learners,
as well as productive members of society.
