IMPORTANT INFORMATION 2011 - 2012
Dear Parents,
Lately, many first graders have been touching each other inappropriately
during times where they are outside. Although we are confident that they view
this as innocent fun, we must teach them what is appropriate and what is not.
As a result, we will now enforce a "No Touching" rule. There will be no
touching of any kind. This even includes hugging. Children who break this
rule
will change their clip and receive a note home. Although this may seem
drastic, we take matters like this very seriously and we appreciate your
support.

*** SOUND CARD PRACTICE UPDATE: We have realized that students are not
doing sound card practice correctly. EVERY NIGHT children are to practice
EVERY sound card that we have gone over thus far. If they do not have sound
cards, then they are to use the parrot book. Flip through it, doing all the
sound cards they have done so far in the year. If you would like to purchase
sound cards please send in a check for 25 dollars made out to St. Hedwig
School with your child. The sound cards will come home with them that day. :)
THANKS!!!
***Children who do not complete all homework will be clipping to blue.
**PE is on Tues and Thurs. - students wear their PE uniform to school
