Physical education is MORE than running, calisthenics, or sport. It is a
total movement experience that focuses on FUN, INVOLVEMENT, CHARACTER, SELF-
ESTEEM, HEALTH, FITNESS AND TOTAL WELL-BEING for our students.
For the month of February, we will be reinforcing rhythms, movements and
jumping skills while having fun with our jump ropes.
