About The Teachers
Our School Theme: Go Make a Difference

Hi, I'm Mrs. Morris and this will be my 16th full-time year teaching at
St. Hedwig.  I have three children: Ryan 23, Anthony 21, and Jenny Anne who
is 19.  All of them were 9 year students at St. Hedwig, and graduates of
Mater Dei High School. I've been married for 28 years this March, to my
wonderful husband, Tom.  We have one pet - "Mad Max" our crazy little 6-year
old Dachshund that we all love, even though he's a little naughty.  I'm a
graduate of Chapman University where I received my Bachelors Degree in
Liberal Studies and my Masters Degree in Special Education.  I hold two
teaching credentials, one in regular education and one in special education,
specializing in Learning Disabilities with an emphasis in Autism.

Hello! My name is Mrs. Fischer and I truly feel blessed to be teaching at
such a wonderful, faith-filled, Catholic school. Before teaching at St.
Hedwig, I received nine years of Catholic education at Holy Family Cathedral
School in Orange. I continued my education at Foothill High School before embarking on
my college degree. I completed my Bachelors of Science degree in Child and
Adolescent Development at California State University, Fullerton. I then went
on to complete graduate coursework at Cal State Fullerton where I earned my
Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. In April, 2010, I married my husband Steve at
our home parish in Orange and changed my name from Miss Nicholson to Mrs. Fischer!
I am so excited to begin my third year here at St. Hedwig School!

We are so thankful that you've entrusted your children to us this year!
