Must students provide a note when absent?

All students must present a note to the teacher the day of 
returning to school. If a student is out only for a portion of
the school day, a note must still be presented. A medical
absence is not recorded in our records unless the student
presents a doctor's note.

When is Back to School Night?

Back to School Night is on Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 7 pm for Grades K, 
6,7 and 8. Grades 2 and 3 at 7pm and Grade 4 at 7:50 will have
their meetings on Sept. 8. Grade 1 will meet on Sept. 9 at 7pm.

Do parents need to sign the Student Agenda/Planner?

Yes, a parent signature (please do not initial the planner) is 
encouraged every day of the week: Monday through Friday.

When are Responsibility Record Sheets sent home?

The Responsibility Record folders will be sent home every Monday 
and they are expected to be returned signed on Tuesday. Whenever
there is a Monday holiday the record sheets are sent home on
Tuesdays.

What is the $36.00 fee for?

This fee covers the cost of the Walk Through the Ancient World 
activity and the sixth grade retreat day.

Do children need to bring snacks and lunches to school?

Yes, all students need to bring a snack to school for recess and 
beginning Tuesday, Sept. 1 they need to bring their lunch as well.

Why are the students dismissed at noon on Sept. 10?

Students will be dismissed at noon on Friday due to a faculty 
meeting. Thank you for arranging transportation for your
children and picking them up promptly after school!
