Nutrition Unit Homework: Between Monday 2/6 & Thursday 2/9 record 1 full day 
(24 hours) of everything you eat.  From the time you wake up till you go to 
sleep record food eaten and any drinks you have.  Keep track of portion size 
and drink size.  Record on a piece of paper and bring to class Fri 2/10.




Any day you miss PE class,because of Doctor's note, parent note, testing, in 
the office/nurse you must make-up the day.  In your Fitness Folder on page 7
