A Word From The President: Welcome Falcon Families to the 2009-2010 School Year! This year promises to be an amazing year for Quail Lake and I look forward to serving you as President this year.

 

Association Meeting Agenda: Our first Association Meeting is scheduled for 6pm on Tuesday, September 29th at Quail Lake. We will be discussing the calendar of events for the year, the proposed budget for approval and condition of the state budget and how we, as active members of the community, can help to offset the budgetary crisis.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS! PTA is opening their board to invite a peer-elected Student Representative to our board to help us parents serve you students better! If you think that you have great ideas, can represent your fellow students, and put up with the parents once a month, then this position is FOR YOU! Not only will you have a say in what projects we do at the school, we have a COOL Executive Board T-Shirt for you too! Please see Amy in the office for more details if you are interested.

 

ART DOCENTS! The annual art docent training is scheduled to begin and we need parent volunteers for the program. PTA provides the funding for the projects, but a chairperson or a coordinator for the program is still needed. If you have an inclination for art, and like to be in charge, please call Amy at 292-1273 and I will be happy to fil you in on the details.
