Look for newsletters on Mondays. They keep you informed. There is always a
calendar of coming events. There is usually sections on Homework, Math, and
Language Arts..(spelling, reading, grammar)
At times there is information about science or social studies, and always a
message from me. Watch for them on the first day of each week.
Reading Logs are always due on Friday. Children may make their own form if
they wish, but every log must have the name of the book, dates read, 2
sentences for each date, and a parent's signature.
We will start using AR for reading comprehension soon, so encourage your child to read books that are
on the AR reading list.
Parent conferences are scheduled for Nov. 17th through the 20th.
