My one claim to fame is that my family was named "Family of The Year"
by The Sacramento Bee when I was ten years old. This holds
significance, not in the fact that we were recognized by the paper, but for
the fact that I come from a culturally diverse and large family - both traits
which I LOVE. In fact, while I have siblings from America, Korea, Brazil,
and Guatemala, we have come to see ourselves as one family unit
whose physical and cultural differences enrich each other's lives that
much more! Because of this, I have come to love working with children
from various backgrounds, cultures, and languages; in effect, working
with all of you!
