Kindergarten with Mrs. Fristensky

Each student will be chosen for a two week stint as Spotlight Student. There are special privileges for each day during those two weeks. The following outline details the privileges available for each day of the week. I would appreciate if you could prepare your son to participate in the daily activities. Spotlight Student gives your son practice with responsibility, speaking publicly, servant leadership, and sharing in a way that feels fun and natural.


Monday Manager pulls weekly bonus treasure and assigns jobs to his brothers.

Tasty Tuesday! Bring snack from home to serve and share with his brothers.

Wacky Wednesday! Bring Mystery Object from home, tucked inside bag; tell three clues so his brothers can guess what it is!

Thursday Thriller! Bring small objects from home that begin with the abc letters to fill up our ABC boxes so we can AB "see" his cool stuff! His brothers may pull and play with these objects during Friday Goal Celebration, to be returned home on Friday afternoon.

Friday Bye-day! Story Send-off book can be brought from home or pulled from my library; we will read this special story at snack time. His special book will be returned home on Friday afternoon.


For the first round of Spotlight Student, the boys will rotate in abc order as follows:
