First graders will be writing down homework everyday in their student planners. Homework will be written and displayed on the planner poster board, which you will see on the back classroom door, for your reference. It will also be posted here on my teacherweb page each week. Please check theweekly homework page each week and print out that page. Homework will be sent home daily. It needs to return the next day completed. Please only complete the assigned work only for that day. If your child is absent for two consecutive days, homework will be given on the day your child returns from school, and not for the previous days he or she was absent. We prefer that your child is rested and recovered before he or she can complete any homework that was missed when he or she was at home ill. Also, if your child is not able to finish classwork for a particular day, he or she will need to complete it at home, for homework, and return it back to school the next day. Please make sure your child returns the completed classwork in his or herhomework folder to school the day after. Thank you very much!
